Photographer’s Note
Oh yes and the question: Which direction is the wind blowing? :-)
This photo only cropped and resized. There seems to be some strange winds around this place.
A street view can be seen here.

In the north I guess, but these old weathercocks are probably just rusted in place ;-)
Anyway, a pleasant composition with the copper-green and the blue sky making a good pair. But I find the bit of roof-tiles in the corner is a little disturbing. I considered cropping them away but that would weaken the photo, a slightly different viewpoint would be called for here, if possible.

Great copper colours against blue sky! The weathercocks look very nice even they show opposite directions.
Thanks for share.

Hi Jeppe!
Glad you post it,great in the theme.
And really strange with difference directions:)
Well seen as always, captured in a best way with excellent sharpness and quality and very well detailed and composed, too.
With respect to dear Torben,I have not problem with the part of the roof in corner.
I think it has a good role as a foundation in bottom of the shot,...maybe a personal taste!
anyway,Thanks,Jeppe!

Hi Jeppe, It looks that the wind comes from both side and disappeared. I think there is a wind black-hole in between the two weathercocks :D
Your excellent DOF enables the picture to show the sharp and clear picture of both weathercocks. The background blue sky makes a very nice contrast. Well done.

Hej Jeppe,
God weekend, hilsen,
Lars

Hi Jeppe,
Great picture of this double weathercocks. It seems that they agree with each other.
I promise that I will contribute to this theme one day.

Hi Jeppe,
Another nice shot for your collection of weathercocks. I looks like a starnge day for the wind, or is it the April fool's effect? Anyway, I like the colors and this beautiful sailship in the sky.

Jeppe your camera sure did allow you to zoom in a great degree and capture loads of detail in the ship. The faded greens are beautiful too. I like the title too. I can't offer any suggestions to improve this shot anymore. Nice work!

Hi Jeppe,
I will have to try harder when I look at the details, sharpness and colours of your shots. They are fabulous! Nice division of space too. Regards.
