Photographer’s Note

This is a photo of the Charles Bridge in Prague is taken in the evening before my previous post. It certainly looked a bit different ten hours earlier.

The Charles Bridge is a stone Gothic bridge that connects the Old Town (Staré Město), and the Lesser Town (Malá Strana) The Bridge is one of the many monuments that were built during King Charles IV's reign. King Charles favourite architect Petr Parler was in charge of the construction that begun in 1357.

Hi Ulf,
A very nice capture of those people quietly walking on this famous bridge in Prague. Good composition with the sculpture on the right hand side. The city in the background looks wonderful too in the soft evening light. Thanks for sharing!

belle photo de ce lieu de promenade ou beaucoups de choses sont a admirrer, statues, bâtiments etc..
