Hi Jose, Prague is one of my favourite cities & this is a great night photo of it with your POV taking in the National Theatre, the light is brilliant, your exposure is perfect, also good focus a nice overall shot, kind regards Wilson.

In my opinion, this photo (as well as few other night photos you posted to TE) suffers from one very typical problem of night photos - incorrect white balance. Probably white balance was set to auto and as a result the only color here is orange-yellow. The same photo with white balance set to incandescent light or manually to around 3000K would give much more different colors in the same scene. I don't know what camera you are using, but most digital cameras offer possibility to set white balance manually.
Other than white balance, the photo looks very nice - nice reflections on the river, good exposure, good sharpness.
