Is this one of those moving part or just static?
The composition is very good and the fact the baby is between two clouds also quite funny imo.
Two things I think could be better in your picture. The foreground with the tower is a bit blured. The other thing is the glow of the interface between tower+baby and the sky.

i think that tv tower is hideous, and its yet another communist eyesore.
