Photographer’s Note

So this is my first photo showing no buildings, but only nature. It was taken during a two-days trek in the Bílé Karpaty Mountains (White Carpathians) along the borders between the Czech Republic and Slovakia. On the Slovakian side they are called Biele Karpaty. The whole region is known for its unspoilt nature that has not been touched by much tourism so far. The mountains and the meadows are state protected for the great diversity of plants, especially orchids.

Hello Marketa,
A nice and quiet atmosphere.
The colors are well balanced, the sky and the meadows are correctly exposed. This is a good job you've done.
