interesting image, though a little more info on what i'm looking at would be nice. i see the ice and snow, but is it on a sign?

Hello Susana
Striking shot showing the power that nature has over us. I comment because I have spent two years living high above the Arcitc circle in a remote community called Nanisivik, Nunavut. This type of crystalization is very familiar as it appears on many structures over the course of the winter. Very freaky as I have seen it grow this way from my face when spending extended periods of time outside.
For future reference, a note is very important as it provides information to the viewer of your picture; telling circumstances, reasons for the picture etc etc.

Susana,

Welcome to TrekEarth!

This is a striking image, it really does show the power of nature. It is hard to tell what this is though - looks like a sign post? Also, the image would be better if "sharpened" - I can send you a link with information about sharpening if you wish.

Good start! Enjoy your time on TE!
