[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
For architectural fans I'm posting this close up of the Trebic basilica showed in my yesterday's photo.

Late-Romanesque St Procopius' Basilica in Třebíč was built near Benedictine monastery around 1250. Its design representing a transition between the Romanesque and the Gothic style was influenced by a late-Romanesque building school from southwestern France. Since 2003 it is listed UNESCO World Heritage List as a remarkable example of the influence of Western European architectural heritage in this region.

Please note the front portal is a result of a Baroque renovation done by Maxmilian Kanka in 1725-1731.

Serwus Marek !
From somewhere i asscociate this architecture :) Splendid indeed. This close-up is really nice, very well lit to enjoy the details. Good perspective from over the roofs also. A bit distracting elements of the far ground, but they cannot spoil the whole scenery.
Best wishes,
M.

Hi Marek,

Tremendous view overlooking this impressive basilica.

I like the fact that it is surrounded by a small forest and trees abound on the premises as well. The architecture is beautiful and you took care to present it with favorable light. Great level of details resulting from a perfect sharpness.

Well done!

André

Dobry Den Marek,
Long time no see welcome back ! I see you keep to the style of posting a papagolfade on sunday ;-) This one is nice and well put in light, which is effective on the whites and the contrasts against other colors, especially the red of the roofs.
Have a nice day, JY

Hej Marek,
Excellent capture of the basilica. Architecture looks very nice and the building is well placed in the composition. The many different green tones of the surrounding trees are nice too and the light is pleasing. Good work!
Regards,
Lars

Hi Marek,
Here I see this special shape of the churchtowers again. Is it typical for the Czech Republic?

Nice composition, taken from a high POV. If those electrical wires weren not visible to the left, it could be a photo from ages ago.
TFS,
Stef
