Photographer’s Note

One more picture of my hometown. This time, with a friend of mine in the foreground. It was the night we've climbed up the shaky scaffolding set up around a church in order to be able to take some pictures of our splendid town (which is otherwise quite difficult to photograph - all the towers being closed to public at this hour).

...as to my friend, he definitely deserves such an appelation; he is pretty serious about photography, he uses an analogue SLR camera and develops his photos himself. Moreover, he has a brilliant eye...

je la trouve impressionnante cette photo : Le POV doit être grandiose de là-haut mais je n'oserai pas m'y aventurer ;o) Belle photo, j'aime bien.

Wonderful action picture!
I like the white building, and its spire shows elegantly against the black sky. Probably best seen like this at night?
