Photographer’s Note

Just 2 minutes before snow storm has reached me decreasing visibility to 30 cm.

I spoted the "polar cactoo", cought the scene, and while puting the camera into bad I was yet all covered with 5 cm thick snow layer.

I like the ranges of Beskydy mountains in winter, as most of people go sking there and stick to the ski areas thus leaving the walking paths absolutely empty (unlike during any other season of the year)

btw. the photo in not an B&W. those are natural color with a white balance set to the snow.
