Photographer’s Note
This is one of the very typical view you can enjoy in my hometown. I would say it expresses its atmosphere quite well :-)
Left: Town Hall Tower
The tower is 68.6 m high and was built during the years 1445 - 1448 by Mikulas of Sedlesovice. Its distinctive, atypical construction has made it an impressive symbol of this place. The tower is gothic in style. It was damaged during the war (1945), and the last major renovation was finished in 1951.
Right: Gothic St. Nicolas Church
It is a monumental building with a three-sided nave and a presbytery which is enclosed on five sides. On the northern side of the presbytery there is a two-storey sacristy, while on the western side a large tower has been added. A chapel and reception rooms were gradually built on to the three sides of the nave.

Wonderful shot! One of my favorite places in Moravia.I stood in the same spot long time ago.
Would recommend to everybody to visit.Especially the underground catacombs full of passages. There is an undergroud city prety much from medevil times, which served the citizens to hide from invaders.Fully functional kitchens of that time, and so on.
B.T.W.Two of your pictures are being displayed on the net for quiet a while for travling purposes. They are Vranov and St.Wenceslav .
