Photographer’s Note
Clothes a bit of a give away in this retro shot of Brno. The historic tram runs the circuit of the number four, right through the centre of the old town. It's a one off though, the regular trams are of all ages, but seem mainly younger than 50.

Hi Richard
I wonder how long this tram has been in service? They don't make em like they used to eh! well positioned tram, giving contect and a sample of real daily life. I like the B&W, retro feel, but wouldn't mind a view of the colour image!
regards
David

Hi Richard,
These old trams are beautiful, usually with careful woodwork. They tend to ratlle quite a lot though. The big buildings are a good background, this scene hasn't changed much during previous decades.

Good choice Richard to use the bw here. With the few details included it gives almost a 'window' back in time as presented here. (My only knowledge of Brno is a small rifle I have in my cottage hehe...)

A nice historic looking means of transport, Richard. The black and white gives it a nice retro feel. Yes, except for the clothes one could be fooled. But, anyway, it is very charming.

Hi Richard,
It must get increasingly difficult to catch such views even in the deepes corners of eastern Europe, lovely oldie you framed well on its way to freedom square, and the BW fits well this scene where you luckily avoided ultra modern mercedes they now run ;-)
Have a nice day,
Jean-Yves
