Photographer’s Note

This is one of the typical nativity scenes that you can see in every church and in many houses all around the country during Christmas. They are aften works of local artists and have considerable artistic as well as historical value. This nativity scene is displayed in St. Peter and Paul Church in the small town of Úštěk in northern Bohemia and you can see it there the whole year round.

Beautiful nativity scene: simple, well constrasted, and quite well for such difficult picturing conditions (exposure time is 0.2s!).
I am sorry that so less such typical scene for European Christmas can be found in TrekEarth. People! put what is realy around you in your cities and countries. Photos of kind "me during summer vacation" are valueable but not here.
That's why I appreciate this photograph and Markéta as well.
