National nature monument Dubi hora (est. 1966):
Long massif of oak wooded hill Dubi hora (463m) is solidified lava stream, front of which has been exposed by quarrying over the village Konojedy. In the wall of the former small quarry, parallel columns of secondarily cracked tephrite rock can be found which look like stacked loafs. Some of the column groups show interesting bents and taperings on the top.

I's look like basalt columns but the color is different. Thank to let know this formation.

You've snapped a very remarkable place. You have an interesting nickname. In bulgarian vodomerka means a small water insect. I suppose it's the same in czech.
