Photographer’s Note
The weir on ice covered river Berounka at small town Nizbor. The river looks peacefuly and hard to believe that time to time it demonstrates its power – last flood on August 2002 was disaster not only for vilages and towns around the river, but even for capital Prague.

Hi Jiri,
I like very much winter landscapes like this one, simply because they look like a fairy-tale's picture. Wonderful pink sky in this place of cold and snow. Winter seems so harsh in CZ...
