If you are novice to Prague, you will see so much in a couple of days and be very challenged to capture all the beauty of the city architecture in a single walk. I also decided to do it from the river Vltava where the view is not obstructed by the visitors of this city. This is one of the buildings so close to the river bank, and it actually is the Smetana Museum.
This museum is dedicated to the life and works of famous Czech composer Bedřich Smetana (1824-1884). It is situated in the centre of Prague in a small block of buildings right next to Charles Bridge on the right bank of the river Vltava in the Old Town.
Smetana was the leading Czech composer at a time when Czech Nationalism and one of the most famous poems is Vltava.
