Rock Castle Sloup was carved in sandstone. The castle was built in the 13th Ronovcové century. In 1639 it was destroyed by Swedish troops. Then it was not restored. 1679 devoted owner Sloup estate rock with the remains of the castle hermits. In 1785 Hermitage officially abolished by Emperor Joseph II. In 1945 the castle was confiscated, and since 1953 it declared a cultural monument.
