Another shot taken on the beautiful afternoon.

I discovered the tool for perspective correction in Photoshop - great one.

The dominant landmark of Large Square is the nearly twenty meters high baroque Marian column, which was built in remembrance of that fact that the city and its population was spared from the plague epidemic in 1716. The column was probably erected by the architect and sculptor G. B. Bulla and its origin dates back to 1717.

The sandstone column is topped with a statue of the Virgin Mary. On the pedestal there are sculptures of St. Anne, St. Ivan, St. Charles Borromeo and St. John of Nepomuk, St. Wenceslaus, St. Joseph, St. Sebastian and St. Lawrence. In the two niches there are sculptures of St. John of Nepomuk and St. Rosalia. For the first time, the new coat of arms of Hradec Králové was depicted here. It is a lion carrying letter G (Gradec).

In the background there is The baroque Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary was built by the Jesuits between 1654 and 1666 and the Jesuits' college.

A very nice vew to this superb place. A good POV and a perfect composition with a beautiful diagonal and a nice sky. Good use of light.

Nice piece of street ;) It reminds a bit of southern polish cities. It's the same kind of buildings and streets. And I like them very much. Your photo is really nice, however as I prefer contrasted scenes I've did a WS. Just to see if U like more saturated veriosn of your photo.

This is a fine shot of this nice architecture taken from a nice POV. The inclusion on the monument is great providing balance for the church spires.
The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail.

a very well crafted shot with the different elements exactly where they should be to optimize the visual impact of the composition. The clouds provide the right background to maximize the moment.
