Yesterday walk along the river Labe (Elbe) was very pleasant, yet the spring promising sun was still shy... I loved the bare trees along the river... picture was taken after walking about 20 minutes from the city centre of Hradec Králové.

The picture is stitch of 3 vertical images.

I see you have escaped for a little me time again !
This is brilliant. A lovely view, and a masterly stitch. Not a join in sight. The colours are beautiful, the contrast of the dark bark and the autumn colours a delight. The soft wintry sun has helped light the bark for detail, and give a pleasing glow to the grasses in the BG. Bet it was cold though !
But Spring is surely on the way now.

bella composizione arricchita dall'inserimento degli alberi che con i suoi rami creano un bel grafismo.
Il canale d'acqua divide in due la scena creando un buon contrasto cromatico con le sponde.

What a lovely late winter scene, sharp, well composed and with brilliant colors. There is also a sense of serenity and quiet, indeed a deafening quiet in this scene.

Hello Romana - A wonderfully strong composition with the good contrast between the solid trunks of the trees and their delicate twigs and branches. The colours of the sunlit grass and water lightens up what may have been quite a heavy image, the balance is perfect! I would like to take a stroll through this lovely image. So this is the mighty Elbe! Should be not far from the source, it's not that wide yet here :) Very good quality of the stitch and overall, the spring atmosphere is palpable.

Hello Romana,
I like the different details in this scene, especially the patterns of the bare tree branches. We can see that it is still winter since there are no leaves, but the snow is gone so spring is on the way. :-) The warm color of the ground is also very nice.

A composition of great charm. Everything here contributes to create a lovely picture: the river with its reflections, the lovely trees with the graphism of their branches and the lovely warm colour of the earth and grass. Really well framed and captured. A place where I'd like to go far a walk.

hard to describe, but there's something very "spring" in this photo, the feeling of fresh air rich with the smell of soil is very strong. also, your composition works very well, the curve of the river is a great lead-in line, while the trees add good sense of depth. nice one.

Actually a very nice shot, no green leaves, no monumental architect, no majestic peak, not beautiful reflection...just a simple nature shot of two dormant tree, bare and naked :) I love the right amount of saturation and beautiful color and light. Technically very good with sharpness and clarity.
