Karlovy-vary's Mlynska-kolonada , a famous old thermal-water-spa , on the right-side of picture.
This is the main promenade through the town ,some 40 or so hotels and spa's built on both sides of the crossing creek ( as also seen in #1 picture of Karlovy-vary and map).
Taken on a cloudy day.

Interesting view of a place I am never likely to see in real life - thanks for showing it to us.

I like this perspective view which you chose for the composition :) But probably I would move the camera slightly to the left... not sure but worth trying! :)
..because the crop on the left looks a bit tight. Hmm...
The idea is very good and interesting, but the quality of the image...?
Wishing you the bet of good luck!

Another lovely photo of this village.
I like the cascade, it brings movement to the photo.
It seems that you donīt had very good weather in Czech Republic :(

Hi Ike, I like this image of the canal.. well captured with the water flowing so fast.. The colours of the building behind give it such depth.. TFS Ricx

The perspective of this grabbed my attention right away, I love the slight curve from the promenade as it works its way towards the focal point. Speaking of which, the buildings back there are rather colorful...kind of looks like a pastel block of Lego's, which really stands out from the more muted tones throughout the rest of the image. The sky may have been cloudy, but it does contain some contrast and helps break up what would otherwise be flat and uninteresting space. Even with the overcast day, this still turned out well with plenty of nice detail and architecture to admire. Thanks for the view. Have a great day.
