Photographer's Note
Třeboň is a historical town in South Bohemian Region of Czech Republic. Třeboň was established around the middle of the 12th century. In 1366 the House of Rožmberk become owner of the estate. The period of greatest growth for the town dates to the second half of the 15th century when Petr IV of Rožmberk (1462 - 1523) seriously began to take care of the land. The district became famous as a fish pond farming area. From 1611 the Houses of Habsburg and Schwarzenberg were owners of the town and the estate. In the 19th and 20th centuries the city's importance decreased.
The unknown Master of the Třeboň Altarpiece, a 12th-century Bohemian painter, received his name from an altarpiece painted for the Augustinian convent in the town.
###
We have chose Třeboň as a base for exploring Telc and Cesky Krumlov, but we never regretted that we stayed there for a couple of days, as it appeared a cosy old town, surrounded by a wall, with a castle taking a quarter of the old town and a beer factory taking another quarter ;))
Here we see the main town square, Masarykovo náměstí (Mazaryk square). Just as the famous square in nearby Telc, it was completely rebuilt in the Czech Renaissance style after the fire of 1562.
1/10 sec, handheld if I remember correctly.

Hello Alexander,
A beautiful night time composition with a lovely atmosphere to it. The point of view is well chosen to show off the delightful architecture to best advantage. The exposure is well controlled and the image has good colours and sharpness. The people making their way through the snow contribute much to the mood.

Blue and pink! Fantastic combination of pastel colours, so delicate and yet intense. You always choose a very attractive kind of architecture or glimpse of a town which makes your photos quite outstanding and very appealing. Here - beside all that - the composition is very effective with two diagonals forming a V which leads the eye towards the monument in the center. And all those sweet lights make a unique atmosphere.
Excellent!

Bonjour Alexander,
une scène avec son pesant de magie et de séduction, dans les douceur des lumières et celle des couleurs.
Une carte postale prise d'un angle de vue bien choisi. Une bonne maitrise des lumières ede l'heure bleue.
Amicalement.

Hi Alexander,
It's a capture at the blue hour really splendid! The contrast between lighting of the beautiful architecture of the Square, with whiteness of the snow and the blue of the sky, creates a magnificent atmosphere, with many smoothness in the image.
I like this nice framing and the composition that you have chosen.
1/10 sec, no tripod, is amazing. Well done.
Friendly regards,
Josep
