Photographer’s Note
Visitors to the Czech Republic should not limit their visit to Prague. Many interesting small and medium towns can be visited, possibly as daytrips.
This is a row of buildings in the town of Ceske Budejovice (pop. 95,000), known in German as Budweis.
It is known for the fine beer brewed here since the 13th century. When the town was the royal brewery for the Emperor of the Holy Roman Empire, beer from Budweis ("Budweiser"), attained the fame that has been kept to these days.
Actually the ownership of the Budweiser brand is disputed internationally by two different companies which independently developed the name: Budweiser Budvar from the Czech Republic and American Anheuser-Busch.
In every country is a different story, obviously in the US the name is used by the Americans and in most European countries - by the Czech. In the US the Czech use the name Czechvar and in those countries where the Budweiser name belong to the Czech - the Americans simply sell it as "Bud".
Anheuser-Busch uses mass-production techniques. The bitter hop presence and distinct malt profile of the original Czech version makes it easily distinguishable from an American Budweiser.
Anheuser-Busch has made offers to buy out the Czech brewing company in order to secure global rights to the name "Budweiser", but the Czech government has refused all such offers, considering keeping the Budweiser name Czech to be a matter of national pride.

A complete change from your previous one, which was dedictated to the blue color, whereas this one is a true rainbow. I think it is the church tower with the green copper cover which it my favorite part in this row of buildings.
All the best,
Emmanuel

Hi Daniel,
Your beautifully framed compo gives a real sense of this lovely village, I think it's the focal point of the row of windows. You've also captured good light and color.
Interesting note, hopefully what they make is better than what they sell here :-)

Hi Daniel - colourful and busy, the inclusion of the Budvar ad was a brilliant idea.

I like this shot, Daniel, infact a lot...the facades of various colours, the tightness in which they appear in the shot, the lampposts on the left & the church steeple. The only deterrant is the street sign right in the front..but really doesn't matter as our view is not immediately attracted towards it

Hi Daniel!!
Ótima perspectiva nesta criativa e forte composição, criando uma boa sensação de profundidade. Ótimo esse motivo, principalmente apresentado dessa maneira, e ainda com lindas, texturas cores e contrastes. Ótimo trabalho.
Greetings.
