Summer scene, a photo from Splitsko-Dalmatinska, Coast

Photographer's Note

Just a summer scene taken in Croatia, on the south coast of the Hvar island. The little harbour was called Zvala.

I was quite happy with the result of that composition.

you catched a good moment :-)

The composition with the two people on the left fits good! If the sky was blue, it would be greater, but actually you dont need that because its already great.

The frame fits good too and good that we still see some stones on the ground. The reflection of the jumping guy is good too.

...all things considered: GREAT WORK!!

Well done keeping the horizon straight, and the format states the height and motion of the cliff and the diver. Right spot at the right time!

Très belle capture de ce plongeur en plein vol... Je me rapelle en avoir vu à Acapulco sauter de très haut mais ma batterie est tombée à plat mais heureusement, j'ai eu le temps de prendre une photo avant qu'ils sautent... Très belles couleurs aussi. Bravo!

Great action shot. Very well captured. I like the details on the tanned bodies waiting or their turn.

On a side note, did you ever go to the two clubs on the island? The one at the end of the harbor and the castle on top of the hill.

A perfectly balanced composition Steven, the stillness of the waiting divers is nicely contrasted with the diver but also reflected by him being frozen in space (Time), you can almost feel the tension.

Nice moment and you were there! Well done, colours are nice but i think there´s too much dark on the picture, otherwise is fantastic!

Good composition Steven. I like the 2 people on the up-left corner, that gives a good perspective. The diver is also well catched, at the good time.

Nice Photo Steve;

You timed/composed it very well, waiting for the perfect time to capture the diver- mid air.

Very good compo... The rocks are too lightened though...could use burn tool on them.
