Memorials at Mirogoj Cemetery Photo

Photographer’s Note

There are several memorials in the Mirogoj Cemetery of Zagreb which is one of the most beautiful cemetery I've ever visited. There was no one to ask which memorial was this one where the nice oil lamps and candles were burning on the stairs of stone. Silence full of loss and grief was prevailing just like in many, many others in the whole world.

Hello Sayat,

This is part of real life and an excellent photo. Colorful lampions are creating amazing effect with their different shapes. Excellent usage of shallow focus that add blurry background and increase the mood of your silents scene. Have a nice holiday you too, congratulations.

This is indeed beautiful...I like how you used the diagonal & judicious shallow DOF to give us this view. Beautiful are the colours but the solemnity of the place is also powerful...good work my friend & look fwd. for more posts!
