Photographer's Note

Kastela - The common name for the seven individual, but in most of them connected to the settlements on the coast of the Gulf of Kastela, between the towns of Trogir and Split. Centres of individual settlements are castles - forts, which were built at the end of the fifteenth century. Located on the picturesque coast, his boast their unique architecture. Later went to their protective function and are rich, opulent residences. For a comprehensive platform Kaątela vines, orchards and gardens are the vegetables.

Kambelovac Kastel (castle Kambelovac) - was built on the island in 1589, the aristocratic family through Cambi from Split. The shaft is connected to the mainland. Monument contains a fort – house Cambi brothers on the coast of the sixteenth century, a round tower and a Renaissance palace in the middle of a villa balcony. Beach and a large number of hotels attracting more and more tourists. We slept in one of the many backyard camping here. It was very nice, and the evening sitting with the guests and the hosts, with wine, singing and guitar lasted until late at night.
