Plitvice - Tree Graveyard Photo

Photographer’s Note

You can see this scene anywhere inside of National Park Plitvice Lakes. Fallen trees were left to die and decompose naturally. They are being removed only from walking paths. So, I was thinking this graveyard is actually nice looking and deserves to be seen by more people.

Hi Brano,

looks real good, must be anplace worth visit to be seen, know it first time from old german abotut "Winnetou"films, captured there and in the surroundings..
fine colors and a nice pov..

Hi Brano!
Most probably the Plitvice Lakes are the most beautiful in Europe, more even in the world.
I have never been there but I saw a lot of photos and I am really impressed.

Plivice is 1 of th most beautiful place I have seen in my life,the water as here a fantastic color!I like how you have framed tis wate,including some green vegetation all around to emphasize this incredible color!Superb!

I like here the green/blue colours of the lake.

Hello Brano,
I like the place and your picture very much. My only concern is the title. I can not associate this brightly colored bunch of nice underwater tree trunks with a graveyard. I rather associate the form of the bunch with a trident. I do not mean an American submarine, but the Ukrainian national emblem (trizub) :-).

It`s look like a scene from the beginning of the world. Wonderful colours and the framing leafs also. Mabe you had could show a little bit more from the other coastline.

Dreamy atmosphere and composition. Applying what you told me about cropping, I can see how intimate such a focused photo can be. I want to sit and watch this water go by. Thanks, Judy
