Photographer’s Note
Some tips for visiting Plitvice:
- It's a 4-6 hour walk thru lakes and cascades: take plenty of water and wear comfortables shoes
- To avoid the crowds: arrive early, enter thru the secondary entrance and immediately take the bus to the upper lakes (you'll also be walking the trail down, not up)
- Take your time to appreciate the different colors of the lakes (emerald, green, turquoise, light blue, dark blue, azure, amber, etc.)
- Visit the area in spring (plenty of water all around you) or autumn (beautiful colors of the forest)

Hello Daniel,
This looks like a beautiful place. I love the color and clarity of the water. I like the composition and natural framing of the tree branches. Nice use of the light with the silhouetted subjects. Very nice work.

actually this is "about people" photo... immense greenery and that small person... kinda symbolic...
