Hi, Fred,
This photo has some interesting components: the texture of the rocks and the varying colors (and clarity) of the water. On the other hand, the sky is a big patch of plain blue, and it doesn't add visual interest.
You could make some changes in post processing to strengthen the interesting parts of the photo. I've done this and posted an example in a workshop. Have a look and see what you think.
