Photographer’s Note

in background, you can see a part of the famous (and so much photographed and posted on TE) amphitheater of Pula

If I'm not wrong, this car is not a Fiat but a copy ! the brand is Zastava, which had an agreement with the Italian constructor

about post-processing here, I played with highlight and shadows to make the contrast a bit less hard than it is in the original photo

BTW it was not planed but I see that my three last posts are showing a red subject

It's so many years since I was in this region so all the cars (the fiat ones) was called Yugo. I hitch through Yugoslavia in july 1991 a quite scary experience.
I like your Yugoslavian ,Kroatian Servban or what ever TIPO

je sais que tu es un grand spécialiste dans les graphise des champs, tu nous fais de ce image, toi tu as la chance d'avoir beaucoup plus d'immensité que sur nos champs ici.

superbe image, elle ressemble à un cinquocento, très belle petite voiture, rutilante, superbe.

Amusant comme Fiat a su essaimer à l'Est, surtout en Russie mais même ici en Europe Centrale (plus proche de l'Italie, tout de même).
L'amphithéatre a l'air bien conservé, dommage qu tu n'en montre qu'un petit bout.

Bonne idée d'utiliser les arcades comme toile de fond : l'amphithéâtre est juste suggéré, et conserve ainsi une part de mystère. La composition autour de l'enceinte pourtant bien connue a le mérite d'être originale.
La présence de cette voiture rouge est géniale et donne une autre dimension à l'endroit. Elle a effectivement un air de famille avec la Fiat 500 !
Beau travail sur les contrastes. La lumière est superbe, elle vient révéler la pierre et tous les éléments sont mis en valeur.
Très chouette image, bravo.

Elles étaient photogéniques, ces cacahuètes! Même si ce n'est qu'une imitation en rouge Ferrari ;o))

Jonathan n'était donc pas ton vrai prénom...
Une vrai petite voiture italienne dans cette région. De plus devant un beau monument. L'image est une bonne idée mais peut-être les arbres masquent-ils un peu trop le monument en question.

JC, very nice, the Fiat copy reminds me of the 600 I had when I lived in Italy. Your composition here is very nice, it is full which we don't see a lot of, it is not overly busy and it has a lot of layers all the way to the bg and the water, well seen and presented.

Cette petite voiture rouge attire bien l'oeil alors qu'elle se trouve à l'ombre. Le travail sur le cliché est excellent pour doser la lumière des ruines au soleil et celle de la voiture à l'ombre.

Hej Jonathan,
I am not sure you can call it a copy since they had licence to manufactor them. Any way I rememebr seeing a lot of them in the begining of the 90ies visiting Zagreb. Its funny how the parked them everywhere. But yes I do belive they was market Zastava.
