Photographer’s Note
This is a reservoir of drinking water at the top of a mountain pass across the Balkans at 1450 meters above sea level. The reservoir is guarded by police and by a fence over which I took the photo. The reservoir is not on the maps and nobody wants to explain much about it. I tasted the local water from a gushing fountain some 200 meters away and it really tasted very good. Then I filled a 10 liter mineral water bottle and took it with me to Sofia.

Hello Anton,
You master the diagonal composition well now!
This is well done and I notice the clear water, typical for this altitude I guess...
Excellent sharpness and good colours!

Hi Anton,
The green patterns in the water are looking good. The reaining wall at the bootom is a nice attraction too.
I will try to post new photos soon.
Thanks for sharing.

Hello Anton,
The ground or bottom of the reservoir gives a strange color for drinking water. But anyway the ground color doesn't matter. And there is always filtering in those sites.
Guarded by police? They didn't mind that you photograph the reservoir?
Interesting, I'm pretty sure that the biggest reservoir for Lisbon's (or any one) drinking water isn't guarded at all.
Regards,
F
