Photographer's Note
This picture is the last from my series from Peat Plateau. Is taken near the highest peak of Vitosha - Cherni Vruh (2290 m). The vegetation is scarce in such height above sea-level...
Vitosha is a mountain massif, on the outskirts of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, and also is the oldest national park in the Balkans. It became Nature Park in 1934.

Hi Silvia,
Great finish for your series! The peak is nicely captured under a sunny sky. It must have been a long hike up there... The combination of trees in the foreground and those in the background makes it possible to get some feeling for distance. I am looking forward your next series :)
