Impressive "Koncheto" Ridge ("Marble" Ridge) & Banski Suhodol (2884 m) peak, seen from Kutelo (2908 m) summit ridge in PIRIN massif in Bulgaria. One of the most impressive and most beautiful mountain scenery of Pirin. If you carefully look you can see few people on the ridge. On the left from Banski Suhodol (2884 m) peak is visible small white point. That's Koncheto Shelter where you can stay during your hiking trip in this area of Pirin massif. November 2005

Vlado I see you really enjoy mountians. This capture is actually very stunning to see. With the top edge so tight, how does one walk along this peak? Nice use of shadows, and exposure. A fantastic shot. Thanks for sharing. I love mountian scenery too! Thanks for sharing.

Interesting ridge and great rock formations. I like the light casting across the top of the middle peak, and the lines in the rock.

Wow, those people are only object that give some kind of idea of the scale in this picture. And I would not have noticed them if you didn't mention them.
Very impressive and quite rare ridge formation.
I wish I had a chance to see it in 3D.

Hi Vlado,
It's nice to see another one shot from Bulgaria posted from you. Just magnificent. The peak looks like covered with polished marble, like the pyramid. Excellent shot.
