Photographer’s Note

Walking around in Varna in a cloudy day i discovered this building entrance painted in red with white door and rails...I did like the contrast of the colors and after searching for a nice composition i ended up with this one...

Simple and nice graphism, just perfectly composed.
I particularly like the texture of the wall in the left.
I just wonder if the brown box near the upper part of the door is a good ting or not...and I have no response ;o)

It´s a very peculiar entrance. I like it!

I can see horizontal and vertical lines, George, the stair with its handle give nice perspective, the door is very nice detail.

Again a well-seen detail, George - you found a very good shooting angle to make good compositional use of the handrails to create diagonals in the left two thirds of the frame, and to fill the righthand side with the opened gate. Great color contrast of the white-painted metail elements versus the red wall. Well done.
