Another Bride? Photo

Photographer’s Note

There seemed to be quite a queue of weddings taking place in the old Orthodox church in Sofia that Monday afternoon. Just as I came out of the ceremony in the previous post there was another large wedding party outside. At least, I thinkit was another party, it seemed to merge into one a bit, though this lady looks like she the next bride in the system.

Shot from the hip. There was a slight tilt, which I made greater to leave the guy with fag in the top left corner.

A good daily life scene from Bulgaria. I'd be tempted to use a shallower dof for this one. The tilt certainly adds dynamism. Well done!

I think your choice of accuenting the tilt was a great idea. As usual "the bride was beautiful" ;o) I like the colors, the faces expressions...good "instantané"!

Hie Richard, I could guess how the bride must have felt that day but I sure know how the photographer felt really. Wedding photography and especially if it is for the bride, it is like a security detail. Stay with the bride close and watch her.
