Asenova krepost is a medieval fortress in the Bulgarian Rhodope Mountains, 2-3 km south of the town of Asenovgrad, on a high rocky ridge on the left bank of the Asenitsa River.

Excellent tight framing. I like the depth brought in particular by the open arches at the top. Quality of textures on the stones is excellent.

A fine shot of this medieval structure in its mountain setting. I think I prefer it to your earlier upload of the same building, as it is not cut off at the bottom. The fortress is captured at a good angle and the exposure is sharp and clear.

Comparing this to your landscape shot, I think I have a preference for this one. Love the tight framing and the sharpness is second to none. We see so much detail and textures in the stonework. The colours are marvellous too.

I liked this building, really beautiful and we can see how the time damaged it a lot, giving it another especie of beauty. The light and colors are perfect here. I would like to see the subject a little more far
