From Old Plovdiv Photo

Hi, there,
Here you are an old scanned shot from the old part Plovdiv.
This part of the second or third largest city in Bulgaria is familiar to all that have set their feet along the cobbled streets.I say second or third, as there has been competition between Varna and Plovdiv in terms of size.
The first Bulgarian publisher Hristo G.Danov had his house here. The first city pharmacy appeared in this very part. Finally, Plovdiv is part of the World Cultural Heritage and is under the protection of UNESCO

For a scanned shot, this is a lovely image. It has brilliant colors and high resolution; and in June/July of 1997 I believe we were in Varna. How far is Plovdiv from Varna? An informative note completes a first class TE-package as usual.

This looks like a lovely place and probably not for the lower classes!
Interesting architecture and well maintained...
Good point of view and fine lines in the composition, inclusion of the tree gkives good balance!
