Photographer’s Note

The most striking feature of the Roman amphitheatre in Plovdiv, is the degree to which the screen behind the stage has remained intact. The place is still used a regular venue for outdoor performances a couple of thousand years after being built.

from the thumbnail i thought it was a partial conversion to b&w, but what a surprise when i opened it!
