Photographer’s Note

For many centuries in my country there are three traditional religions: Christianirty, Islam and Judaism. All of them have their edifices: Churches, Jamis(Camis in Turkish) or Mosques, Sinagogues. Muslim contact with Allmighty on Fridays, Jews - on Sturdays and Christians - on Sundays (some of them on Saturday like Jews)... Of course, every other day is good for that too! This white minaret is a good reference point in town.

Hi Anton. Minarets are interesting structures though I don't know what their purpose/meaning are. Good capture of this struc ture scrapping the sky. The colors and sharpness are excellent here. Nice work.

You show us a white, bright finger pointing at a perfect sky - or better, at heaven. I like that you have centered it in your picture in front of this wonderful blue and that nothing other disturbs the scenery...

Hello Anton,

I like this (almost) symmetric shot with an appropriate title. I see that the photograph was taken two years ago, but with the deep blue and pristine white, it makes a memorable juxtaposition.

This one seems to have slipped my attention!
I like the clean lines in the architecture, which also is cleverly used in the composition...
Sharp fine details and the amazing blue makes a great background!
