Photographer’s Note
This is the bridge to one of the fish restaurants in Vidin. You can't see the restaurant itself because I am in it. This looks inland towards the Town Gardens. The level of the river has increased dramatically this month and is record high in 5 years. We used to CLIMB UP this bridge!! Now it's almost flat!
