The Day Desguised In B/W Photo

Photographer’s Note

Hi, there,
Before uploading my final shot from the town of Haskovo,I'd like to show a daily scene from its main street when people were still going to work, the shops just opening. It seems to me a B/W version is a good way to imagine the place decades ago.
Life in Haskovo is still slow, people seldom hurry, a friendly chat is often accompanied with an apologizing smile after coming to work:).But it isn't going to last long.

It is a fantastic picture showing off a very relaxing life style, without cars and rush. A unusual scene in our busy days and towns. Well done.

not actually b/w, The red sky attracts the eye, but however your scene is quite catchy for me to read the rest of it, Good composition/POV balanced and the B/W mood of course which suits here.

bonsoir Valerka, j'aime beaucoup ton choix de noir et blanc, et cette petite rue habitée par quelques personnes, l'arche formée par les branches d'arbre;

Hi Valeria
A wonderful B&W that is well exposed to show detail in both the light and dark areas. My only comment would be to crop out most of the sky so the viewer can concentrate on the street scene.

Hello Valeria,

Your photograph and note both resonate with nostalgia, and B/W seems entirely appealing for the purpose. Shot one month ago on a Monday, it does not appear to have many people strolling along the street... a sleepy town it is.
