[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Muslibegovića Kuća -Muslibegovic's House is a house in Mostar that used to belong to a merchant during the ottoman times. It is house three storeys high filled with furniture, artifacts and costumes from that period. There is also a beautiful rose garden in the courtyard. The house is surrounded by a high wall, as befitting the requirements of modesty and privacy of that period. These doors led to the backyard enclosure, where business was conducted.
The house is now a national monument and miraculously, it had not been destroyed when lunatics blew up everything around them.

Hi dear Klaudio
What a nice surprise and what a great honour for me.
İt's true, that those doors are great history tellers. One can even see on some details of the door knob, which belief the inhabitants of the house have and their wealthyness.
This one is very special for me, as there is e hidden technique. The vertical wood block to the right of the left door handle, shows that this is a simple locj mechanism. You can see it on the marks it left above it !
Wonderfull and amazing.
Allthough I had my birthday 3 days ago, I take it as a great birtday gift from you !
Again many thanks and
Best regards
MESUT ILGIM

Nice close-up where we can see the flow of time.

Hello Klaudio, a good shot of the door with these interesting handles.
Like the colours and textures.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Hi Klaudio
Well done. The detail in this marvellous old door is superb. The shadows of the rings provides additional interest.

Hi Klaudio,

Nice composition.
Just a small, very very small regret: the shade of the ring of left is cut!
I like much these doors of Mostar.
Cordially

Hi Klaudio,
Close up details are always so wonderful and this one is no exception. I love the grain on the wood that we can see so clearly worn by time and the rusty handles with their fine details are beautiful. Simply lovely!

Wanda

Hi Klaudio!
Beautiful capture of the doors. Superb quality, many interesting details od the wood and iron handles. Thanks for very interesting note.
best regards
ziggy

beautiful knockers, very clear, i can easily see the texture of the wood doors.
There are similar doors and knockers in China, very traditional for now, but it seems the knockers are more beautiful.
