Dans un camp de réfugiés à Srebrenica, cette petite fille,déjà postée, jouait tranquillement avec un révolver en plastique, le seul jouet qu'elle possèdait! elle n'a connu que les récits de la guerre et du génocide, même si elle était un bébé à ce moment là, que restera t il de son enfance...
un enfant qui n'aura pas été un "enfant", ne sera jamais un adulte, ne pourra jamais se réaliser en tant que tel!

pour l'état je ne sais pas, si quelqu un pouvait m'aider?

In a refugee camp with Srebrenica, this small girl, (already posted), played with a plastic gun, the only toy which it own! it has known only accounts of war and of genocide, even if it were baby at this time there, that it of its childhood will remain...

a child who will not have been a "child", will be never an adult, will not be able never to be carried out as such!
Idon't know the state , if anyone could help me about it?

Le jeu est l'occupation la plus sérieuse de l'enfant; la plus frivole face aux récits de guerre et de génocide.
Très beau portrait d'une triste réalité.
P.S. : Je suis impatient de voir ce joyau (cathédrale du Mans).

Une si jolie fille dans un monde de mdr. J'aime bien son regard perdu et les douces constrastes rendues si belles par le sepia. Elle se détache bien du fond qui montre quand-même son monde.

Bonjour Francine,
It is a shame that children are going through these things, that anybody is. I would have a different opinion on what you said in the note though. Kids that go through this kind of hard life, become adults way before their time. They are skipping over the best time of anybody's life, the part of life where children should not have any worries, only joy and playtime. But these kids have seen and been through so much, and this changed them forever.
The photo is great, like most of your photos,
you have an eye for portraits. Sephia is good, really nice and warm colors.

Photo tres touchante Francine.. je ne savais pas que tu avais été visiter les camps à Srebrenica.. c'est tres poiugnant de voir ces enfants qui même dans leurs jeux jouent encore à la guerre et à la mort...

en revanche suis moins fan du choix de la couleur sepia jaunatre...

Francine bonsoir - quel superbe sepia et quel magnifique portrait - l'enfant a l'air très déterminée et je trouve son attitude touchante : pauvres gosses mélangés au milieu de la guerre et combien de morts innocents pour d'autres qui ont pu se réfugier dans les camps - Les extrémismes, quels qu'ils soient, sont toujours quelque chose d'abominable -

Encore un beau portrait plein d'histoire et d'émotion. La conversion en sépia est bien appropriée ici et ajoute une touche de nostalgie à l'image. Quelle bêtise, la guerre!

Elle est marrante celle-ci mais je crois me souvenir de la version couleur et me demande si je ne la préferre pas. Tu devrais la poster en WS.

Wow... What can one say to seeing something like this. Sadness perhaps. Or, for someone more positive like me, hope that this will all change in the future and that even she can rise out of everything that has happened in the last decade and a half. She has such a tough look here, a hardened one. She already seems to be grown up in a child's body. But we can always look to the future.

Une tres belle Francinade avec un bon traitement sepia, au vu de la version couleur qui est jolie aussi je pense que tu as eu raison d'opter pour ce PP qui attenue bien la petite surex sur les parties claires.

Wow, Francine, you know when I first looked at your shot, I thought something was wrong: her face looked so 'adult' and yet she was still a child... then I read your note, and indeed it is exactly what you write of... a child who will never have been one! A poignant, sad thought. And a fantastic shot. I like that you have used sepia. Very good work!

Bonjour Francine , très touchante cette photo ainsi que cette petite fille, c'est un bien joli portrait que tu nous offre ici, comme d'habitude d('ailleurs, plein de tendresse, qui en même temps n'est pas genant ni abusé (car c'est délicat d'aller dans des camps de réfugiés avec un groozapareil photo), discret mais présente, ce portrait est superbe.
La note est dure mais hélas tellement vraie.
Félicitations, un peu de finesse dans ce monde de barbares

bonjour francine,
jolie pose de cette tête blonde.Tu as bien réussi ce sépia qui donne comme un air "intemporel" à la photo.je la prefere de loin à celle en couleur.:)
