Photographers Note
Water wheel or according to Wikipedia it is Noria.
One of few remaining in working condition in the province of Herzegovina, very close to my home.
A noria (Arabic: ناعورة, nāūra, from Syriac: ܢܥܘܪܐ, nāurā) is a machine for lifting water into a small aqueduct, either for the purpose of irrigation. (Wikipedia).
I have already posted a photo of this wheel about 18 months ago.

Ciao Brano,
bella e fresca immagine di questo mulino omacina, forse trovo la foto un pò con troppa luce, niente toglie alla foto.
Complimenti

Hello Brano,
A beautiful photograph of nature and inheritance. It is an alive image and of a very pleasant naturalness. I appreciate this waterway which seems to move. Pretty work. Cheer.
Have a nice day.
Cordially.

Hello Brano,
This is an interesting photo. I had only seen this kind of wheel in Syria, in the city of Hama, and thought it was special to that region. I had no idea they could also be found in Herzegovina.
Now I have learned something through TE!
Thanks for sharing,
Gert
