PENCERELER
...
Sabaha karşı mıydı bilmiyorum
yoksa akşamüstü müydü
belkide gece yarısı
bilmiyorum
girdi odama pencereler
perdeli perdesiz
ben basma perdeleri severim
ama tül perdeler de vardı
kara ustorlar da
ustorları çekip çekip bırakıyordum
bir daha inmez oldu kimisi
kimisi bir daha çıkamadı yukarı
ve camları kırık pencereler
elimi kestim
kimi camsızdı büsbütün
camsız pencereler içime dokunur
camsız gözlükler gibi

Gunaydin Sibel!
A very successful symmetric composition with splashes of color provided by the flowers in window boxes. There s a bit of a painting-like quality to it, I like that. I am not sure about the gray framing and title on top. I think it overdoes the symmetry because it is almost the same color as the bottom rim of the picture. But that is a matter of taste.
The Nazim Hikmet poem adds a lot to your post. Are there English translations available to his poems? A lot gets lost in the translation, of course, but I was thinking it could raise some awareness of our great poet around the world if more people could understand its meaning. TE is very visible on google.
Have a good week Sibel!

hello sibel,
you have captured the windows very nice.
the flowers are part of windows here, it is nearly impossible to see windows without flowers.
it is good choice to shoot 3 windows as the repetition creates rythm.
regards,
omer
