Aquatopia in Antwerp also has a reptile department. This big fellow was not behind glass so I could approach him to a few inches. I took a few shots and he was really posing ... then I went for the close-ups and still he looked in the camera. Then after about 5 photos he became nervous and showed me it was time to leave him alone. :-)
Iguana's respond to a threat by showing their neck and bobbing their head, which is exactly what he did to tell me 5 pictures was enough. Iguana's live in Central and South America, and the Carribean.
