A very beautiful light for this fine composition. I like the point of view looking across the lake with the old tree trunk providing an interesting and lovely frame to the image. A very tranquil atmosphere with the fluffy cloud and the duck swimming past. Beautiful tones and great sharpness.

Hello christiane,
You like deep saturated colours with high contrast, just as i like to see them. when there is colour we have to show colour, period..!! ;-)
The polariser did not worked on his best here, but still it gave you nice contrast on the clouds and the blue. I wonder, do you shoot in RAW or JPG?
You have a good eye for composition and how to present an image...very good, i like it.

Un très beau paysage. L'apport de cette souche immergée au premier plan est bien vu, la luminosité excellente (la saturation est peut-être un peu poussée, surtout sur les verts qui m'apparaissent presque fluos). Quelle sensation de calme, surtout sans le coassement des grenouilles qui gâche souvent le repos du promeneur!
