Since TE is about learning about the world, let's make place to Quebecois french wording, an Agace-Pissette is about like a teaser, but with the implied meaning of promising without delivering, somehow synonym of a politician...

So here is a nice example of Belgian Agace-Pissette with this "Maison du Roi" standing on the Grand Place, with that name you could think the King in person will greet you there and invite you to have a beer inside...

Well not, in fact there is here a discrepancy between the french and the dutch "Broodhuis" name (bread House) which was the original purpose of this house, while in french we refer to a later usage in time when this house was transformed into an administrative office.

Whatever it is, it is nice isn't it ?
