Photographer’s Note
One of the many popular views of Bruges; to tell you the truth, wherever you are aiming your camera at something, a couple others have done it before, as this city is so picturesque.
It absolutely deserves its title of open-air museum.

Hi Andre,
Bruges is my favorite European City and this image is perfect from the sky to the changing leaves to the superb reflection. This makes me really want to get back there.
Cheers!

Hi Andre,
Open air museum... I like that phrase. I have never been to this picturesque place but it certainly looks worthwhile, it must be wonderful to just stroll around and admire all the old buildings and soak up the atmosphere.
The warm light brings out everything and the rippled reflections add to the tranquility of the scene. I like the tree in the foreground sort of framing the boats below and directing my gaze down the canal to the buliding (looks like a church) at the end.
Best Regards
Wanda

Hi Andre, beautiful scene of this canal with the homes and boats. The composition with the tree and that awesome sky framing the top works very well. I really like the water, it looks like glass and provides very good reflection of the subject area. Colour and the sharp clarity area excellent throughout.
Thanks, John

Hi André,
The drawings in the water are just wonderful here!!
And the trees in the composition add a very nice touch of nature and green tones. Nice point of view with the boats and good sharpness in the buildings. I really need to go to Brugge one day!!

Hi Giant,
Looks like Amsterdam, or also my hometown with the canal and the boats. But here it's the warm light what gives you something extra, looks like a sunday morning 7am photo, very serene, very peaceful. The slight movement in the water gives you a reflection which looks very natural for such a canal...very nice, i like it.

Vraiment magnifique. Bravo.

Hello André,
You was in Bruges in Setember previous year, one wonderful city, small but very attractive.
I life on 15 miles of this lovely city and known Bruges very good.
You took this wonderful image from the Dijver to the Wollestraat, with the boats as subject.
The small canals and the three boats together with the reflection make this picture very lovely.
Very well done.
Have a nice weekend,
John.

To tell me the truth, tell me about the picturesque hidden corners of this beloved town, Andre...
Inside the humid walls, damp old buildings, dark corridors... What happens there...
But these so many times shared beauties are, of course much appreciated. I would take the same things as well. Much easier for sharing TE...
Cheers,
Deniz

Hello Andre,
This is indeed a beautiful place. The architecture is precious; something too different from what I know in Calgary. Excellent framing of this scene with effective handling of light. The reflections are awesome as the make the image look almost like a painting. Thanks Andre.

Bravo
Bonne soirée
