[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Christmas will soon be upon us. The TV is already full of adverts for what to buy that special person in your life. Before long we'll all be wishing it was all over.

But spare a thought for the people who work in this little shop in Bruges, Belgium. For them it's Christmas ALL YEAR ROUND !!! What a terrifying thought! This was taken just before Easter this year.

Desperate to post something new after weeks without getting out I've had to resort to dredging the archives. Apologies.

Hi Roberto & thanks for another reminder of the imminent spend-fest that has become Christmas!
You have captured the brashness of the season very well.
And you say this store sells these goodies all year?-Wow!

Nice work,
Regards, David.

(i'm also digging through the archives at the mo!)

Hi Roberto, this one was long due, very original shot, its good how you took the shot focusing on the christmas bric-a-brac which in turn leads our eyes into the shop to show us what`s on sale, good light and composition too, this shop reminds me of one in Selsdon high street near where I live and called Aladdin`s cave selling all sorts...superb, well done, thanks for showing us this shot, Salas

Ciao Roberto !
Splendid Christmas display and splendid picture, but few points ? Per que ?
I believe that a human presence, preferably a bit blurred would add a lot to this picture, if placed at a good place. Ciao - Izzet

Hi Roberto!
Thanks for sharing this picture! I once saw such a shop in Stuttgart! Not a bad idea I suppose, if you want to prepare your next year decorations well in advance, when you find the time during the year, in case you are too busy when the Christmas period arrives!
But I see what you mean, it must feel strange for the people who work in such shops! I wonder if Christmas still has a meaning for them!
Anyway, I like the POV, colours and light in your photo.
Happy New Year!
Marie Louise.
