Hi Hendrik, i must say that i like the composition and pov of the previous photo more. Yes it as a bit to much distortion but at my opinion much interesting. This one is at my opinion more a snapshot. So you see that the members have so many different opinions ;-))

Hi Hendrik,
Excellent landscape this that you captured.
I like specially the reflections in the water. I think it's a perfect POV.
Good light also.
TFS!

Hi Hendrik, having looked at your previous posts of this castle I would have to say, purely from a PP perspective, that this is much better - far more natural. Well balanced composition. My only critiscism would be that it could stand a touch of sharpenening - this may have been a result of the resizing.
Best regards, Roberto
Hello Hendrik,
I do not want to pull your leg, but this magnificent landscape lacks, in my opinion of course, of a bit of PP. Even if this kind of pictures should be seen in a greater size (and this is the main "problem" on TE, sometimes), a bit of more sharpness and contrast could make it "pop-up" as it deserves. I hope you like my WS. Best wishes, Dario.

Your workshop is perfect. The previous composition was better - imho - but the quality of the photo on this one is much much better. Things look vibrant and natural now. The workshop is very good. Sharpness is much better and the color balance too. Very good.

Hi Henrik,
lovely shot with a clear reflection and a wonderful sky. The diagonal bank opens the capture to that castle and trees. Good light and colours.

Goede breedbeeldfoto, Hendrik.

Groeten,
John.

Hello Hendrik! You see you can't please everyone! :-) I agree with what most people have said here: colours and light look much more natural and they are very pleasant. Maybe the WS improve it a bit, but I don't think it's so necessary (and again that's a matter of tastes, of course). I also agree with them when they say that the composition was more interesting in the other shot; maybe it's the bridge on the right, or maybe is the amount of sky present in the shot. I don't know what I would have done in your place, but perhaps I would have included more water and less sky, making the castle more relevant with a closer shot without the bridge... On second thoughts, I have realized that maybe what I find strange is that the building is "looking" towards the left, out of the photo, so maybe it needs space on the left and not on the right.
All in all, it's an interesting shot and it gives a good idea of the "maison de playsance" and its enjoyable surroundings.
TFS, and take care!

Bonsoir, mon ami Hendrik,
J'aime beaucoup.
Amitiés.
Philippe
