those are our 3 famous towers.
St Nicolaschurch, the Belfrey and St Bavo Cathedral with inside 'The Adoration of the Lamb".
The white lion on black is the coat of arms of Ghent, and is in this picture part of the "Barge", an old ship that is rebuild. (you find other pictures from that boat also in my selection here).
